Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gravir Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company owned by Cory Myres ("King of America," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kingofamericastudio.com (the "Site"), sign up for our email list, buy products, back a project, book a service, or contact us. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email signup. When you sign up for our email correspondence, we collect your email address.
- Purchases. When you buy physical or digital products, our payment processor collects your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and payment details. We receive your order details, contact and shipping information, and limited payment information (such as card type and last four digits). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Project backing. When you pledge or contribute to a project we are funding, our payment processor collects your payment details and contact information. For an all-or-nothing pledge, your card is saved so it can be charged only if the project reaches its goal by its deadline. We receive your name, email, chosen reward, amount, and, for physical rewards, your shipping address.
- Services. When you book a paid session, consultation, course, or other service, we receive your name, email, the service and time you choose, and any information you share about your questions or business.
- Contact form and messages. Messages to us come through our contact form, not email. When you send one, we receive your name, contact details, and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
- Third-party content. Some images, videos, and other content on the Site are loaded from third-party servers, such as our fulfillment partners' image servers or video platforms like YouTube. When your browser loads that content, those providers receive your IP address and standard browser information and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or government ID numbers.
2. Cookies and analytics
The Site itself does not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking tools. Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by the services we rely on, for example:
- Payment processors (such as Stripe) use cookies and device information on checkout pages to process payments and detect fraud.
- Scheduling tools (such as Cal.com) may use cookies to run booking.
- Video platforms (such as YouTube) may set cookies when you play an embedded video.
- Our hosting provider (Netlify) may use technical data needed to deliver and secure the Site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies used by payment or scheduling tools may prevent checkout or booking from working. If we add analytics or other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- process and deliver orders, digital products, pledges, rewards, and services, and send related receipts, confirmations, and updates;
- charge saved cards for pledges when a project reaches its goal;
- send email correspondence to people who signed up;
- answer questions and provide customer support, including returns, replacements, and refunds;
- run, secure, and improve the Site and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
- keep business, tax, and accounting records; and
- comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who work for us, such as our hosting and form provider (Netlify), payment processor (Stripe), print-on-demand and fulfillment partners (such as Printify and its print partners), scheduling provider (Cal.com), shipping carriers, and the email service we use to send correspondence. They may use your information only to provide their services to us or as their own privacy policies allow.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers, if Gravir Holdings LLC or one of its ventures is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
5. Email correspondence
If you sign up, we will send you occasional correspondence about the Site, our products, projects, and services. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove you through our contact form. We may still send you transactional messages about orders, pledges, or bookings.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we may keep a record of your email address only so we do not contact you again.
- Orders, pledges, and bookings: for as long as needed to fulfill them and handle returns or disputes, and then as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (generally up to seven years).
- Messages: as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
7. How we protect information
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, payments are handled on our payment processor's secure checkout, and we limit access to personal information to those who need it. No website or online service is completely secure, though, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's involvement, to make a purchase, back a project, or book a service. Some products may be designed for children, but they are meant to be bought by adults. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, let us know through our contact form and we will delete it.
9. Your choices and rights
You may:
- unsubscribe from our emails at any time;
- ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information; and
- ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons or to complete a transaction.
To make a request, use the contact form on our Contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
State privacy laws. Because of our size and how we handle data, comprehensive state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act do not currently require us to provide additional rights. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling. If those laws come to apply to us, we will update this policy and honor the rights they provide.
10. Visitors outside the United States
We operate the Site from Texas. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where the laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to or embeds services we do not control, such as payment, scheduling, and video platforms. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice on the Site or by email.
13. Contact us
Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to Gravir Holdings LLC through the contact form on our Contact page.
