Store Sale Terms

  1. One of a kind, first buyer wins. Each Store item is a single unit at one fixed price. The first completed checkout buys it. Once that payment goes through, the item is marked Sold and taken down. If two orders go through at the same time, the earlier payment timestamp wins, and every other buyer gets a full refund.
  2. Condition. Items are pre-owned unless the listing says otherwise. Each one is sold AS IS, in the condition shown and described on its listing, with no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Photos are of the actual item.
  3. Price, tax and shipping. The listed price includes shipping to a U.S. address. Price includes Texas sales tax. Tax applies only to orders shipped to Texas. No other fees are added at checkout.
  4. Shipping. We ship only within the United States, and only to a physical address (no P.O. boxes or freight forwarders). Items are insured, and some ship signature-required. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If we can't ship your item, we'll tell you and give a full refund.
  5. All sales final. There are no returns or exchanges for change of mind. The one exception: if the item arrives damaged in shipping or materially different from its listing, contact us through the site's contact form within 3 days of delivery, with photos. Keep all the packaging. We'll arrange the return, and give a full refund once the item comes back in the condition it was delivered.
  6. Knives and other age-restricted items. You must be 18 or older to buy a knife or any item marked 18+. By checking out, you confirm you're 18+, that the item is legal for you to own where it ships, and that you'll follow local law. Knives ship adult-signature-required (21+ where the carrier requires it). We may cancel and refund any order we believe breaks these rules.
  7. Cancellations. We may cancel any order for a listing error, a suspected fraud, or a shipping restriction, and you get a full refund. A buyer may cancel before the item ships.
  8. Seller. Sold by Gravir Holdings, LLC (King of America™). Contact us only through the site's contact form. The site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply. Texas law governs.
